Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

The Effective Date of these Purchase Terms and Conditions is February 19, 2023

These Purchase Terms are Additional Terns, as defined in the Gogimogi Terms of Use, and together with the Terms of Use apply to your purchase of a service or product offered via the Gogimogi Channels, as that term is defined in the Terms of Use, to your purchases through our online channels.  Your purchase from us constitutes your agreement to follow these Purchase Terms and Terms fUse and to be bound by them.  IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM US.  Please also review the Gogimogi privacy policy.

We guarantee your satisfaction with all Gogimogi products.  However, if you are not satisfied, you may return any of our products, with your receipt, for a product exchange, or a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges).  If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund.  Please read our Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy to learn about how to make returns.

Time Limit on Returns

All returned merchandise must arrive at our return center within 14 days of being delivered to you.  The receipt date of the purchased merchandise is determined by our carrier’s delivery notification.  All of the conditions listed below must be met to receive a refund or exchange.

Return Item Condition

We will gladly accept returns of products purchased from the Gogimogi Apparel Line if :

  • The item has not been worn
  • The item has not been washed
  • The item is not damaged
  • The item is returned with the Gogimogi Dust Bag
  • The item arrives at our return center within 14 days of being delivered to you

We will gladly accept returns of products purchased from the Gogimogi Wall Art Collection if:

  • The item is returned in its original, undamaged retail packaging or is properly packaged in a shipping box to ensure safe and protected handling.
  • The item has not been damaged
  • The item arrives at our return center within 14 days of being delivered to you
  • The item is properly

Return Shipping Fees

Any costs associated with returned merchandise, including any packaging and sufficient postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid by the customer.

Return Merchandise Authorization

In order to initiate a return, please your our Contact Gogimogi for.  We will issue you a return product authorization (RPA).  This RPA must be included in the return product packaging.  No returns or exchanges are accepted without an RPA.

Return Shipping Packaging

All returned products must be packaged properly, in a properly padded shipping box to avoid any damage to the product during transit.


All refunds will be issued via PayPal to the original buyer of the product, this includes gifts and products sent to a third party.  Refunds are limited to the product purchase amount collected at the time of the order excluding any shipping and handling fees.


Receiving the wrong Gogimogi order is a rare occurrence.  However, if you receive product that is different from the one you ordered, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost to you.  This exchange does not extend to orders placed in error by you.  Exchanges will take effect as long as the product is in stock.  In the event that the product is out-of-stock, we will notify you of the time at which the product will be available and offer you the option of a full refund in accordance with the above clause should you not be willing to wait for the product to become available.

Damaged and Defective Product Replacements

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, use our Gogimogi contact form to arrange for a refund or a replacement.
