United States and Canadian Addresses

  • Purchases from the Gogimogi Apparel Line will be shipped within 2-4 business days upon receipt of payment.
  • At this time, and until further notice, Gogimogi is offering Free Ground Shipping on all orders in the United States, with no minimum purchase required.
  • Our carriers of choice are USPS, UPS, and FedEx.  However, we may choose to ship with another carrier from time-to-time.
  • Purchases from the Gogimogi Apparel Line are entitled to free standard shipping within the United States.  International shipping fees apply to purchase made in Canada.  Additional shipping options are available.  Use our Contact Gogimogi form to inquire about expedited shipping options at additional costs.
  • Purchases from the Gogimogi Wall Art Collection are sent via 2nd-Day Air and are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of $32.91.  Additional shipping options are available.  Use our Contact Gogimogi form to inquire about expedited shipping options at additional costs.
  • Orders are shipped on business days only.  Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays.
  • Delivery times are based upon normal business volume.
  • Orders to Canada are shipped from United States and may be randomly stopped for inspection at the border by Canadian authorities.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but delays of this nature are out of our control.
  • Orders to Canada may be subject to tax, duty and custom charges.  Such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

P.O. Boxes

Gogimogi does not accept orders to P. O. Boxes.

International Customers

Gogimogi accepts shipments outside of US and Canada.  Please use our Contact Gogimogi form and someone from our customer service department will contact you to process your order.

Out of Stock Products

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.  If your product is out of stock we will contact you to discuss how you would like your order handled.

Order Tracking

When your order has been shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email that will include tracking information.  You can use that number to track your package.
